Artificial intelligence and machine learning can enhance data security by picking up threats in the network earlier, says John Lee, a managing director at the Global Resilience Federation, a nonprofit provider of threat intelligence.

Lee is the managing director for the Asia-Pacific region at the Global Resilience Federation and the Operational Technology Information Sharing Analysis Center, which provides threat information to members on cyber and OT vulnerabilities and incidents. Lee oversees the planning of OT-ISAC strategic programs and provides management oversight for its operations. He has more than 20 years of experience in the areas of IT governance, risk and compliance, security operations, and the design and delivery of information security and infrastructure services.
